(Our whole little group for the races)

(Ky, a person we work with, and Jane at Lone Star Park)
Jane Hocker. She is such an amazing person. I haven't known her for that long but in the short time I have, I have really grown so attatched to her. She is a great insperation. She just got back from Las Vegas with us in February. She turned 79 on April 10th and we took her to LoneStar Park (horse races) She had such a great time and drank a bottle of wine and saw Randy Rogers Band at like 1 in the morning. Then about 2 weeks later she got really sick and we thought she had pnemonia so we took her to the doctor. She got diganosed with Lung Cancer. She is only able to breath out of her right lung, the left one is completely closed. She wanted to go to the nursing home so people could be around her all time. We go out there and visit her everyday as often as we can. Everyday I go up there it gets harder and harder for me to leave because I can only think what if this is the last time I will see her. The cancer is already spread to her liver and her bones. I really don't know what I am going to do without her. She is so great to me and calls me her daughter in law. It has all happened so fast I don't know what to do or how to handle it. We all got baptized last Sunday. That has helped a little. But I'm just not ready for her to go yet. She is so great.
